Data Deletion
1. What this page covers
This page explains how to delete the data Reveble holds about you, including data from any Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn account or ad account you connected to Reveble. You can delete a single connected account, or your entire Reveble account and everything in it.
2. Delete data from a connected account (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
When you connect a social or ad account, Reveble stores the account's identifier and name, an encrypted access token, and the identifiers and performance metrics of the posts or campaigns Reveble published for you. To remove all of it for one account:
- Sign in at app.reveble.com.
- Go to Integrations.
- On the connected account's card, choose Disconnect.
Disconnecting immediately revokes Reveble's access to that account and deletes the stored access token. The account identifier and any stored post and campaign records for that connection are removed from our active systems with it.
Removing Reveble from Facebook or Instagram directly. You can also remove Reveble from Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or the equivalent in Instagram settings). This revokes our access on Meta's side. To also delete the data we hold, disconnect the account in Reveble as described above, or contact us using section 4.
3. Delete your entire Reveble account
To delete your Reveble account and all data associated with it — your profile, workspace, content, connected accounts, generated media and activity — email us from the address registered on the account:
hello@reveble.com with the subject Delete my Reveble account.
We will confirm the request, delete the account, and reply once it is done. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
4. Request deletion without signing in
If you can no longer sign in, or you want us to delete data tied to a specific Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account, email hello@reveble.com and tell us:
- the email address you used with Reveble, if you had an account, and
- the name or ID of the Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account concerned.
We may ask you to confirm from the account's registered email, or through the connected platform, so that data is not deleted at someone else's request.
5. What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your profile, workspace settings, content and drafts, generated images, scheduled and published post records, connected-account identifiers and access tokens, and analytics we collected for you.
Kept, where the law requires it: invoices and payment records for the period required by tax and accounting rules. These do not include any data obtained from Facebook, Instagram or other connected platforms.
Content you already published to a platform through Reveble remains on that platform, under your control there, unless you delete it there or from Reveble before disconnecting.
